AMBROSE DONATES $30,000 TO SEPTEMBER 11th RELIEF FUND
NEW YORK, N.Y., November 26, 2001
- Ambrose Employer Group, LLC, today announced a contribution of $30,000 to
support disaster relief efforts in New York City.
As announced this morning by John Iorillo and Greg Slamowitz, Co-CEOs
of the Ambrose Employer Group, $30,000 has been donated to the September 11th Fund on behalf
of Ambrose's corporate and serviced employees. This donation is in memory of our three close
friends at Aon and our seven serviced employees who tragically lost their lives in the attack
on the World Trade Center.
About the September 11th Fund
The September 11th Fund, which was established by the United Way and the
New York Community Trust, makes grants to established relief agencies that provide support
and services to victims, their families, and others affected by the September 11th tragedy.
Eighty grants totaling over $50 million have been awarded to front line agencies actively
engaged in providing cash assistance, legal counseling, grief therapy, job training and
placement, and other services for victims, families, and others directly affected.
Included among recipient agencies are Safe Horizon, the Legal Aid Society, and the Disaster
