AMBROSE ENGAGES PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS FOR SAS 70 REPORT

NEW YORK, September 26, 2007  - Ambrose Employer Group, LLC, a professional employer organization for white-collar businesses, announced today that it has engaged PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC to conduct a Statement on Auditing Standards 70 (SAS 70, Type II) audit for the benefit of all Ambrose clients. Upon completion, the SAS 70 audit report will identify Ambrose's internal control structure policies and procedures that are relevant to clients' financial reporting and PricewaterhouseCoopers will opine on their design and operating effectiveness. The first audit will be completed in 2008 and the SAS 70 audit report should be made available to clients in early 2009.
