AMBROSE IMPLEMENTS CUSTOMER CENTRIC CRM SYSTEM 

NEW YORK, NY, August 15, 2003 - Ambrose Employer Group, LLC announced that it has rolled out Microsoft’s Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) software system. 

As announced this morning by Marc Dwek, the Chief Operating Officer of Ambrose, Ambrose affirmed its continued support and commitment to servicing its clients by investing resources in a next generation CRM system. This new system allows Ambrose to efficiently track, route and escalate client issues. Mr. Dwek stated “this new CRM system also allows for Ambrose to quickly allocate resources to effectively resolve client issues.” Through this software implementation, Ambrose continues to build on its long ingrained cultural focus on making the best human capital available for its clients. The implementation was undertaken directly by Ambrose’s technology department and Ambrose plans to continuously evolve and upgrade the system.
