AMBROSE RENEWS HEALTH PLANS WITH UNITED HEALTHCARE;
INCREASE BELOW NATIONAL AVERAGE BY 50% FOR 2ND CONSECUTIVE YEAR

- Ambrose
Employer Group, LLC, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), announced an agreement with United HealthCare to renew its health
plans offered to serviced employees nationwide at an average rate increase of six and one tenth percent. This is the second
consecutive year that the increase is half the rate of premium increase experienced by companies nationwide.
As announced this morning by Marc Dwek, Ambrose's Chief Operating Officer, Ambrose and United HealthCare reached
agreement to renew the health plans without plan modifications. This is Ambrose's ninth consecutive year with United HealthCare.
"We are pleased to continue our long standing relationship with United HealthCare for another year under such favorable terms,"
says Dwek. "Our continued cooperative efforts with United HealthCare to control administrative costs combined with favorable
claims experience has once again enabled Ambrose to deliver high quality health plans to our clients at attractive rates."
The renewed health plans begin August 1, 2006 and continue through July 31, 2007.
