NEW YORK, N.Y., May 14, 2001 - Ambrose Group, LLC, a leading provider of human resources administrative services, today officially announced the rollout of its new HRdatasystems web initiative. In a move sure to make the industry take notice, Ambrose unveiled a comprehensive web-based application that places real time human resource information directly in the hands of managers and employees at small-to medium-sized companies.

HRdatasystems was produced jointly by Lawson Software and Ambrose and is fully incorporated into Ambrose's already robust platform of human resource services. Constructed from Lawson's e-business human resource, payroll, and financial engines and supported by Ambrose's team of HR professionals, the new system seamlessly integrates vendor information, payroll procedures, administrative tasks, and accounting processes into a custom application for each client company. These companies are then able to distribute various levels of information and functionality to managers and employees.

Ambrose, which has already developed a name for itself by enabling small-to medium-sized companies to access benefits typically reserved for large corporations, sees the system as a logical extension of its existing business model. "Small-to medium-sized firms just don't have access to the enterprise level software available to Fortune 500 companies," says John Iorillo, Co-CEO of Ambrose.
