AMBROSE COMPLETES SAS 70 EXAMINATION

- Ambrose Employer Group, LLC, a professional employer organization for white-collar businesses,
announced today that it has made available to its clients its Report on Controls Placed in
Operation and Tests of Operating Effectiveness for the Period July 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008
issued pursuant to AICPA Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70, as amended ("SAS 70 Report").
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) was engaged in 2007 to conduct the examination and the SAS 70 Report
includes a description of Ambrose's internal controls relevant to the processing and administration of
payroll and benefits on behalf of its client companies. "We are very pleased with the results of
our first SAS70 Report and, in particular, the operating standards we have been able to achieve at Ambrose," says
Eric S. Foodim, Ambrose's Chief Financial Officer. "The process of obtaining a SAS 70 from PwC is a company-wide
achievement and something we can all be proud of" he adds.
