NEW YORK, February 22, 2010  - Ambrose Employer Group, LLC announced today that PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP issued its Report on Controls Placed in Operation and Tests of Operating Effectiveness for the Period July 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009 pursuant to AICPA Statement on Auditing Standards No. 70, as amended ("SAS 70 Report"). The SAS 70 Report is now available for distribution to all clients.
