Retirement Plan Specialist Assistant |
Ambrose is looking for the right candidate to
assist in the performance of the day-to-day responsibilities for
its multiple employer defined contribution retirement plan with
approximately 3500 plan participants. Job responsibilities include
the following:
- Processing loans and distributions;
- Assist in conducting retirement plan group
enrollments;
- Assist in supporting, training and educating
internal
staff and clients regarding retirement plan options
and issues;
- Assist in supporting sales group on retirement
plan questions and issues;
- Assist in administering new clients' retirement
plan
set up;
- Assist clients with freeze, termination and/or
merger of existing plans;
- Assist in investigating and explaining ongoing
retirement plan issues to internal staff, serviced employees and
clients;
- Assist in the coordination, distribution and
collection of the annual retirement plan questionnaire;
- Assist in conducting the annual retirement
plan testing and interphase with TPA;
- Assist in resolving general day-to-day issues
regarding the retirement plan;
- Work with accounting department on HRIS-related
retirement plan issues; and
- Assist in administering plan-to-plan terminations.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's
degree and a minimum of one year of related experience. Qualified
